See below for some helpful tips on accessing and replaying online classes. Q. I want to practice early in the morning before work, but there is no livestream at that time. What should I do? A. If there isn’t a livestream available when you’d like to practice, you can still sign up for a class, then use the video replay to practice at your convenience. Begin Again | Reopening June 15th 2021
We will be reopening our doors to in studio yoga on Tuesday June 15th. We’ve missed you and are so happy to welcome you back in studio. Small in-person classes. Registration ONLINE is open now. Most classes are available for in-person and will continue to be offered online live. As we are transitioning to a new reservation platform called Ribbon, we will no longer offer replay but will soon offer a library of prerecorded livestreams and on-demand classes with all your favourite teachers. PERSEVERANCE CHALLENGE
From March 15th to April 23rd, join a new kind of yoga challenge. PERSEVERANCE is a way to come together as a collective, online and/or in person, to practice together, to persevere in movement.
OPEN FOR IN STUDIO CLASSES (PROTOCOL)
As of January 9th, we will be working towards re-opening the studio fully for you to attend classes in person. Online classes will remain available for most classes.
At Stretch, we have always held a high standard of cleanliness, cleaning our spaces frequently and thoroughly. We will continue to clean all touch area and surfaces as well as floors as often as possible.
