This practice blends stretching and strengthening postures, breath work and guided meditation techniques combined in such a way to assist you reduce and manage stress as well as help restore and maintain better balance, flexibility and strength.
We kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines for in-studio classes.
Reserve online ahead of time if you can.
Arrive 15 minutes before class.
We have mats and props available for you to borrow. You may also purchase or bring your own.
Masks are optional.
Change rooms and showers are open and available if you need them.
We cannot wait to see you and practice together.
We would like to suggest the following for your online classes.
Online practice may require yoga props: house cushions or pillows, dictionaries or a stack of books, rolled up towels or blankets; use your imagination to create props that will support your practice.
