Side effects may include: feeling completely relaxed // enhanced quality of sleep // and an overall  feeling of lightness! But this isn’t magic, you first have to show up and do the work. Which consist of laying down and letting yourself be guided through deep meditation. 

Aplomb Workshops combine Neuroplasticity – an intentional rewiring of neural pathways – and Yoga Nidra, to reprogram core beliefs. Participants are led in uncovering limiting beliefs and gain the tools to create a personal resolve to be used in the Yoga Nidra practice. In this three hour workshop participants begin to rewire the brain to foster genuine freedom.
