Thank you to all of you for taking the time to complete the survey that we sent out . We value the input of our community and request your patience as we continue to move forward into re-opening the studio for in-person classes.
***Please note that we now ask everyone, if possible, to wear a mask while at STRETCH. You can take your mask off while on your mat during practice and back on after class ends.
At Stretch, we have always held a high standard of cleanliness, cleaning our spaces frequently and thoroughly. We will continue to clean all touch area and surfaces as well as floors as often as possible.
We will also provide you with hand disinfectant stations through out the studio.
For our classes during this time of transition we will practice in our Flex room, keeping a safe distance between mats at 2 meters by pre-marking where mats should go.
The air circulation will be on at all time in the flex/practice room to ensure that the room is ventilated and the air remains as clean.
We will not offer hands-on assist, no chanting to reduce the amount of moisture droplets spread into the air.
Please use the hand sanitizer we are providing before entering stretch. it is touch free. let us know if it needs refilling.
Please keep 2 meters – 6 feet distance with your fellow yogis and the stretch gang at all times.
Please arrive changed and keep your belongings to a minimum and with you at your mat. we ask you to use our now universal change room/washroom only if absolutely necessary. Showers are closed. Until further notice we do not provide mats or props. Please bring your own. Please know that we are selling all our props and used mats at cost.
Please reserve your classes/workshops online to minimize front desk interactions, everyone must continue to self monitor for symptoms and stay at home if sick. We reserve the right to ask anyone exhibiting symptoms to leave.
