Begin Again | Reopening June 15th 2021

We will be reopening our doors to in studio yoga on Tuesday June 15th. We’ve missed you and are so happy to welcome you back in studio. Small in-person classes. Registration ONLINE is open now. Most classes are available for in-person and will continue to be offered online live. As we are transitioning to a new reservation platform called Ribbon, we will no longer offer replay but will soon offer a library of prerecorded livestreams and on-demand classes with all your favourite teachers. Check the website for updates, register in advance, bring your own mat + props, details below. As of January 9th, we will be working towards re-opening the studio fully for you to attend classes in person. Online classes will remain available for most classes.

At Stretch, we have always held a high standard of cleanliness, cleaning our spaces frequently and thoroughly. We will continue to clean all touch area and surfaces as well as floors as often as possible.

Join Carolyn for a special in-person evening of guidance & silent reflections to recalibrate the nervous system. We will enjoy meditations and directed journaling to relax the body into a receptive state, a state that is open to the unknowns of life.
