We offer this class to our community because we know how precious and transformative trying yoga at a young age can be! Experience the magic of sharing your practice with the little ones. Our yoga for kids is presented in a playful and gentle way, with songs, games, and a variation on the principles of breath and postures. We hope that kids and parents will connect and gain long term benefits of establishing a yoga practice. Come as you are, always. Every Sundays at 9am. $10 per participants or $25 per family!

So, what’s all the fuss about mindfulness? Will it really help us cope with stress, improve sleep, decrease depression and increase compassion? Is it actually going to enhance relationships and change our brains? Well, maybe, yes. But more simply, mindfulness is a gateway to finding ease and joy with whatever arises moment to moment.
