Let’s try ONLINE yoga together. Please head to our main page at www.stretchvancouver.com and select SCHEDULE then ONLINE CLASS SCHEDULE.
From the ONLINE CLASS SCHEDULE PAGE, select the class(es) that you would like to attend and click on the SIGN UP button.
A window will pop-up to ask you to create a profile (if you are new to STRETCH, or never registered for classes on the website before) or you will be asked to sign in (if you already have a Mindbody account WITH STRETCH).
Here, often, returning students run into error messages and end up creating a new account, that’s ok, but your existing passes will be attached to your other account. If this happens to you, email me at info@stretchvancouver.com and I’ll fix that for you.
In your Mindbody profile, you will be able to see the classes you are signed up for like this:
Once you are signed up for class, you will get an email confirmation from our partner (please make sure we have the correct email for you in your MINDBODY PROFILE):
This first email, isn’t yet your personalized link link to what? It is a confirmation of your registration into class.

Don’t forget to make no-reply@apiant.com a CONTACT IN YOUR EMAIL to ensure that you receive your class link (if you forget to do this, please check your spam folder before class for your link).

Once you have your class link, click on STREAM CLASS about 10 minutes before class!
One of the best advice I could give you now, is to make your home practice special by taking the time to set up your spot, with your mat (or something like a mat), all yoga props can be replaced by household items such as cushions, cozy blankets, thick books or stacks of books. Make it nice and cozy.
Here is what may typically happen next. Your first zoom yoga class you might sweat the details, scream at your computer, and ultimately leave your video and sound off. But at least you’ve done it, you made it to an ONLINE YOGA CLASS. That’s a great accomplishment.
Then your second class, you’re a pro now, you might venture in turning your mic on to say HI. That feels good. And it goes on, next you might even turn your camera on before class starts, then eventually, you may just love to have your video on. When we see you, we get so happy, and we can also sometimes give you adjustment cues. But video on is always ultimately YOUR decision. Leave it off it that’s what YOU prefer. ANd as your teacher might say, YOU DO YOU.

HAPPY ONLINE ZOOMING YOGA. Yeah, that’s a thing.
There have been some glitches integrating all our platforms together. Some of these glitches may happen when using Microsoft domains (hotmail, aol) with FitGrid, as well as using SAFARI or CROME browsers with Mindbody. If you run into any glitches, please email me at info@stretchvancouver.com with the class(es) you would like to attend and I’ll sign you up. A screenshot of the error message you are getting always helps us improve the ONLINE systems.
