RECEIVE REST: MEDITATION FOR RELAXATION

Join Carolyn for a special in-person evening of guidance & silent reflections to recalibrate the nervous system. We will enjoy meditations and directed journaling to relax the body into a receptive state, a state that is open to the unknowns of life.
This will be an evening to truly ease your bones, your muscles, your spirit. Rest is absolutely healing, productive and invites the balance we all truly need.
Bring a notebook.

Tuesday July 28th | 7:15-8:45pm | $25 Limited Enrolment

Please wear cozy and stretchy clothes. Give yourself a good 15-30 minutes to find parking (street parking or free bike parking in studio) and get situated. Please arrive changed. Bring your own mat and meditation props. We start on time, don’t be late. No refunds or transfers.
STRETCH is following the recommendations from WORK SAFE BC and YOGA ALLIANCE in compliance with the current situation as we are reopening our studio during the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
Please note that if you already have an account with MindBodyOnline with ANOTHER studio but not with STRETCH, you will need to create a new account (even if the system prompts you to use your “existing login”).
