Prenatal Yoga strengthens the body, relieves pregnancy discomforts and calms the mind. In this positive and supportive class we move through modified yoga asana, to meet the needs of each trimester, and breathing exercise to prepare you for labour.
Prenatal Yoga offers the opportunity to deeply connect with yourself and your developing baby through the sacred of journey into motherhood.
Meighlin is trained in traditional Hatha Yoga, with certification in Trauma Sensitive and Pre & Postnatal Yoga. She is currently studying Ayurveda and Yoga with Dr. David Frawley (Pandit Vamadeva Shastri) at the American Institute of Vedic Studies.
