With Emmanuelle, STRETCH co-founder, this unique practice blends RELAXING HATHA yoga, breath work and SIMPLE MEDITATION TECHNIQUES to assist you reduce and manage stress and help restore and maintain better balance and strength and flexibility. Every Friday early evenings, 5pm-6pm.
These practices may require yoga props: house cushions or pillows, dictionaries or a stack of books, rolled up towels or blankets, use your imagination to create props that will support your practice.
